補充:很多人的點在於大量才便宜 但是像咖哩的量減半煮 成本沒什麼差 三天可以吃完
(怕膩的就再拿一半冷凍)
我覺得花時間的燉煮菜色可以準備三天份(不愛連續吃的就一半冷凍 如果都是這樣做 冷
凍也會有菜色可替換) 青菜就當餐現燙或炒
非燉煮菜色 例如燙一大塊肉 冰著要吃切片 或先醃肉片肉絲冰著 煎一下肉片 或肉絲炒
青菜就是燴飯 或蒸蛋煎蛋卷荷包蛋炒蛋鬆
不過我家習慣簡單吃就是有一菜一肉就可 但是菜會替換 盡量避免短時間內吃一樣的青菜

年產量差 我們這都還沒看到...好好吃
看到照片再提省錢的點 就是肉絲如果要便宜 就是自己花時間花力氣切
拿白豬來說一斤80 但賣場冷藏肉絲要一百多到兩百多 這價差很大
結論是自己煮的確比外食花時間 至於從中省到的金錢(我相信絕對不僅止於金錢 還有所
謂家的味道啊!?)或者是煮食的快樂與療癒?這些就是價值觀的不同與取捨了
我也覺得自己煮有便宜耶...而且通常食材是比較好的 光白飯就比自助餐好吃了
拿今天煮好的咖哩來說
1.豬胛心肉一斤半165元
(肉有點少 應該用兩斤 吃的時候補顆蛋)
2.紅蘿蔔四根20元
3.馬鈴薯六個30元
4.洋蔥四個20元
5.日本品牌咖哩塊一盒80(有更便宜的大包裝)
6.印度咖哩粉免費 沒有沒差(朋友送一小包用很久 一次只用一點 因為會辣 但是很香)
7.炒洋蔥的豬油免費 買肉老闆會送肥肉 回家炸
總共335元 這樣至少是10人份 而且是料滿滿的十人份 換成外面賣 多加水跟咖哩粉或塊
可以變20人份了
加上飯一碗150克約莫5元(關山米一等米)
一餐一人份是38.5元再一個蛋43.5元 取整數是45元
再拿絞肉來說 我會買黑豬肉後腿一斤100~110元(白豬80更便宜),肥肉是老闆另外再放
不算錢,所以買兩斤來煮香菇肉燥或瓜仔肉就一大鍋,兩百塊的肉吃20餐沒問題(一餐肉
的份量比20元滷肉飯還多),有個鹹的主菜就很下飯了!
另黑豬里肌肉也是110元 分五片 一片150克22元 也是不貴阿 而且黑豬外面都好貴啊 而
且真的特別好吃
買軟的豬肉部位直接水煮(水還可以留著當高湯) 要吃的時候冰箱拿出來切片沾醬 就是很
滿足的一餐 去麵攤吃一點點就50元了(自己買50元的肉煮好份量至少三倍)!而且比外面好
吃啊!
如果是煮麵 關廟麵一坨算起來好像六七元 買一把菜十元 一包市場餛飩25元 20顆
一次煮兩坨麵 這樣一餐是大約50元(女生可以吃兩個人吧)
如果是牛肉麵之類的更是自己煮才能大口吃肉阿!(想省錢可以用豬腱肉 紅燒豬肉麵不輸
牛)
