我記得在某個地方看過一段(好像是哈佛的幸福課)
關於自制力的論述:
他說大部分的人都想要更多自制力,
認為有更多自制力會讓自己更好.
這邊有一個壞消息跟一個好消息
壞消息: 你不會有更多自制力了
好消息: 你其實不需要更多自制力
他提出的方式是, 用養成習慣來取代自制力.
自制力是有限資源,連續使用會耗盡.
應該把有限的自制力用於建立好習慣上面.
一旦習慣建立,維持習慣並不需要太多自制力.
舉例來說,你每天讀書跟休閒的時間可能要固定.
維持這個模式要達到30-90天,才能建立新習慣.
