這幾天高雄跟台南的警察，常常用社維法，來當校規。
只要你有呼朋引伴的行為，就代表你有聚眾之行為，警察就嚇民眾說：你有聚眾行為，我可以依法辦你。
從高雄半夜洗地板，然後站路口宣傳，台南蘇大媽網友從直播中得知去現場看熱鬧，警察都用聚眾犯下社維法來嚇民眾。
這邊有法律達人嗎？
憲法不是保障人民集會之自由嗎！
如果因為聚眾，警察就上門查水表，試問
百貨公司在外面辦活動，歌手辦簽唱會，
一些小店面在騎樓辦活動，也是聚眾之行為，警察怎麼因為事情比較敏感，就選擇看事件來嚇民眾用社維法辦你。
這樣子不就違憲了嗎？
