我想請問各位考生有沒有在準備大考的期間
有讀書有運動,最後兩全其美的經驗
在下準備考明年的研究所
想說開學之後能因為讀書的作息規律
而養成更好的運動習慣
甚至還能變瘦~~
目前計畫是打算早上約九點起床然後約下午五點去游泳
游泳完吃晚餐 並且晚上的時間就是比較輕鬆而彈性的
有沒有大大可以分享相關經驗^^
