大家考試考差了都是怎麼調整回來的呢?
上禮拜一科期中考考完了 當下我就知道大概不會有太好的分數
和男友講電話的時候講到就哭了
男友安慰我 我也懂說與其糾結已經考完的不如為下次而努力
但不知道為什麼,好幾天了負面情緒一直揮之不去
一直想著"自己很沒用"
"為什麼看過做過的題目考試就是寫不出來,笨死了"之類的
傷害自己的念頭,不是因為想逃避,而是因為討厭自己...
男友也說我對自己要求高 但是因為有壓力 我知道是非得做好不可
也知道自己明明是有能力拿滿分的,卻失敗了
感覺特別受到打擊....
除了反省自己以外也很想趕快振作起來
希望各位能提供一些能把考試失利的情緒轉換掉掉方法
