精神不好 專注力很差 - 學習

準備考試半年了 卻覺得還是根本沒唸書
我現在的情形是
晚上大約11:30睡覺 早上7:00鬧鐘(賴床到7:30...)
這樣算起來也差不多7個多小時 應該是夠了
但是...我每天早上起來就覺得好累 全身無力的感覺
吃完早餐 開始讀書 睡意還是很濃 努力撐著不把眼睛閉上
可是內容一個字都沒看進去 我覺得有種睜眼睡覺的感覺
把全部的力氣花在把眼睛睜開...
有時候喝杯咖啡提神 精神是比較好了
只是專注力還是很低 常常讀兩三行後就會變成眼睛有在看
內容卻沒有吸收 看了一頁不知道內容在講什麼
換個方式唸出聲音 也是唸到兩三行後就呈現嘴巴在唸 頭腦沒在動的現象
也是唸完不知道內容
再這樣下去一直原地踏步 心情也一直很低落
是不是應該換個方法呢? 各位有什麼建議嗎?
