考前一週臨時發現考試時間改了可以申訴嗎 - 英檢

我是GRE考生，也是發生一模一樣的狀況，時間在上禮拜五10/24號美國教育協會(信義路
三段上)，一早過去準備考試就被大樓警衛檔在樓下，說考場沒開，我一開始以為我是聽
說，警衛在說一次考場「沒開」沒人上班。我說這到底是發生什麼狀況，警衛給我該協會
聯絡電話，我還被反問說今天有考試嗎? 該辦事員嘗試但連絡不到考試負責人員….最後
上周六該考試人員來信秀出他和ETS的通信：

Sent: Monday, October 20, 2014 9:21 AM
Subject: RE: GRE test dates available - Taiwan
Dear Lesley,
We noticed that there are only 2 test takers registered for GRE tests on
October 24th and 28th separately as of today.(10/28他們也想取消)
Please confirm that the tests
will be hold or cancelled by ETS. Thanks.

Subject: RE: GRE test dates available - Taiwan
Dear Lesley,
We have not heard form you regarding only 2 test takers registered for GRE
tests on October 24th and 28th. Please let us know if the tests on above
dates will be hold normally or be cancelled so we can act accordingly.

考試最後一天前ETS臨時取消

Hi Joseph,
I’ve forwarded your request to the appropriate department to have each test
taker contacted and rescheduled. The two dates will still appear in your
administrations listing however, the “Allow Registrations” feature has been
turned off. This will prevent anyone else from registering for that date
while your request is being worked on.

ETS會隨時無預警取消考試...完全不顧考試人員的權益
我特別請假考試，另一位考生還特地從桃園北上過來..
現在考場人員完全把我們丟給ETS去處理，現在ETS也完全沒有
任何通知過來....真的很傻眼和生氣，也不知接下來考試會在
何時? 這真的太過分!!!
