美國求職面試分享 Facebook TPM - 留學

接續上一篇，經過Indeed的面試後，之後面試都比較不緊張。FB的面試體驗非常好而且超
快，15天就終面了，快到不可思議！

《終面》
VO分成4個sessions，各45分鐘，四個面試官都考product跟部分behavioral。

第一位
簡略自我介紹，40分鐘解product sense，Grocery Shopping Team想要開發一個item sel
ection feature

第二位
簡略自我介紹，40分鐘behavior
- Engage with large scale stackholders, A/B Testing
- How to handle a fast-paced team environment
- Failure? What if you can redo?
- Make decision with absence of data

第三位
30分鐘解product sense，15分鐘bahavior，主要設計一個內部簽呈系統。
- Any challenges? Trade-offs?
- Communicate with programmers with PPT，PPT現場畫草稿並且pitch
- Cross-functional team communication
- How to handle changing specs
- Difficult people experience
- Mentor people experience

第四位
這輪是一位marketing product manager，基本上就是問前面重複的behavior問題，沒有T
ech問題。

整體面試下來，相比微軟，FB比較沒有著重於Product Sense，Recruiting process更smo
oth也非常親切，終面前幾天Recruiter 會提供面試方向。
終面當天也會有15分鐘的Recruiter Call，跟你閒聊跟放鬆心情，整體感受比較沒那麼壓
迫！
