在填推薦人跟推薦信那邊最後有一個選項
Applicants cannot review recommendations prior to becoming students.
Under the provisions of Public Law 93-380,
the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act of 1974,
and under University guidelines pursuant to that Act,
students (defined as persons who have been officially admitted and registered at the University of ooxxooxx)
have the right to review recommendations made on their behalf unless the students waive this right at the time the recommendations are solicited.
If you wish to waive your right to review, please check the box.
PLEASE NOTE: a recommender may refuse to submit a recommendation if you have not waived your right to see it.

然後就選說是否要放棄權力(Wish to waive/Do not wish to waive)
