我是被批評態度差的parkinque,但我自認態度不卑不亢.
首先我要給五星小廚老闆一個忠告.
那就是---很少人會去夜市吃500元牛排.
200元骰子牛排就已經很貴了,你賣的五星級美國牛排竟高達550!!
繼上次我在墾丁夜市吃到一份200元的三杯雞後,又一更高價的夜市菜餚出現了.
台灣夜市真的是越來越貴了.
200元在夜市已經可吃到牛豬或牛雞的雙拼排.
然後紅茶,濃湯,還有生菜沙拉隨便吃.
你的500元牛排利基何在.
我星期天在竹北就看見五星小廚了,那時只覺得誰會在夜市吃500元牛排.
今天在新竹後站想吃濃湯捲,才在板上發問.
沒想到賣濃湯捲的竟是5星小廚.
我現在才知道.
我想大家的想法都跟我一樣-----幾乎沒人會去吃夜市的500元牛排.
只是大家不敢講出來,我也不敢講,但我在板上寫出來.
當然濃湯捲停賣,我認為應該是做工繁複賺得少的原因.
要桿麵捲好幾層搞酥皮口感,很費工才賣50元.
但我認為濃湯捲算是近期以來,有創新的夜市小吃.
我也覺得好吃.
反觀賣牛排,貴又沒什麼特色.
請問老闆500元夜市牛排吃的到澳洲A9和牛嗎???當然不可能.
所以我是覺得,可以考慮恢復賣濃湯捲,廢除高價牛排.
可以把濃湯捲跟平價牛排搞一個大約150~200元的套餐.
當然啦,我說的老闆聽聽就好,我是老實寫,講老實話.
看的不爽那就不爽吧.
