精神不濟該如何改善 - 時間管理

我是一個要準備今年七月國考的考生
因為考試都是8點多or9點就開始
所以想養成8點就起床,而且有好精神的習慣
可是我已經嘗試了4個月
雖然已經可以8點奮力從床上爬起來
但起床後精神超差
都會不小心睡著@@
很多方法我都試過了
例如:前一天10點多就上床睡覺、早上吃B群、喝咖啡
都沒有用
想請教一下大家
這是否與我過去長期有熬夜的壞習慣有關
﹝過去7、8年,1、2點睡是常態,有時甚至沒睡,簡單的說,就是作息超級亂﹞
可是都已經努力了4個月...怎麼都還是沒用呢?
因為早上精神不濟會影響我早上的讀書效果
所以想請教一下大家
是否有什麼建議呢?

ps.嗯...我承認我缺乏運動...
