自從之前颱風過後 菜價真的超高的
原本我跟老公都是外食族 大家中午就各自在公司附近吃
不過在台北市吃飯真的超貴的
像自助餐夾個三樣菜跟雞肉 8 90塊都跑不掉
加上受了月薪嬌妻的影響 也決定要跟美栗一樣(握拳)
好好認真地來做飯 讓老公吃到我滿滿的愛妻便當
我們住的地方是不能開伙的 所以都是用萬用鍋來煮
這次一樣就是出動它
還叫老公用它Nikon D3幫忙記錄這次一周省錢的料理
為了不讓老公覺得省錢料理就是難吃或無聊
特別參考老公最愛的深夜食堂跟小當家
也做了最近很紅的月薪嬌妻料理拐騙拐騙他 XDDD
設計的菜單如下
咖哩烏龍麵
豬肉白菜鍋
麻婆豆腐
親子雜炊
咖哩焗烤
黯然消魂飯
宿醉良麵
我覺得要省錢首先你在菜色的設計上要先想過
而不是隨心所欲的想吃什麼就買什麼
最好買的食材都要能夠運用到好幾道菜上
這樣才會比較便宜 不然買了一樣食材只能做一道菜的
經濟效益感覺不是那麼大啦
一次買齊一週的份量 這樣才能夠省錢
我們主要的肉類就是豬肉 其次是雞肉
都算是便宜的肉品
蔬菜主要有花椰菜 白菜跟青江菜
那就先進入第一道深夜食堂的咖哩烏龍麵吧
禮拜一很需要振奮精神 所以做了咖哩烏龍麵
這道菜可以讓人胃口大開又暖胃的 老公都可以吃掉兩碗
材料如下 順便也把價錢寫出來給大家參考
就是大概的價錢啦

烏龍麵 一包 $20
蒜頭 $5
花椰半顆 $10
洋蔥半顆 $5
雞胸半付 $40
紅蘿蔔 一小塊 $5
咖哩 半盒 $22
鴻喜菇半包 $10
香菇兩朵 $10
結算 $127
先用無水烹調模式 爆香蒜頭跟炒軟洋蔥 把甜味釋放出來
接著再炒紅蘿蔔 有點軟之後 就把雞胸肉放下去炒
接著花椰菜跟鴻喜菇跟烏龍麵都可以丟下去
再丟咖哩塊 讓它稍微煮一下

濃濃的咖哩湯裹著烏龍麵 香氣超濃郁的
而且真的會好開胃喔~
接著第二道菜 是豬肉白菜鍋
冷冷天氣當然要來個鍋物暖暖胃啊
這也是老公看深夜食堂裡最想吃的一道鍋物

豬肉片大概10片 $50
香菇三朵 $15
薑適量 $4
蒜頭適量 $3
紅蘿蔔一小塊 $5
青蒜一條 $5
白菜1/4顆 $15
洋蔥 半顆 $5
柴魚 隨手抓一把 $5

豬肉白菜就蠻簡單的 基本上就把全部的材料丟進去就好了
先把白菜跟豬肉鋪在最底下

超級快速的一道菜 備料上也很快 不需要花很久的時間
因為之後想要煮雜炊 我有留一些還沒有加鹽巴的湯

老公說雖然看起來簡單 但吃起來十分美味啊!!唇齒留香啊
第三道菜是麻婆豆腐 來自於小當家
這道菜是小當家為了拿回媽媽的店 憑著童年記憶做出來的
我平常也是很少做麻婆豆腐 也是回憶以前媽媽是如何做這道菜
才做出來的
希望可以滿足老公的胃 (笑)

這道菜備料上不難 但煮是比較難
花椒 數粒 $3
板豆腐 兩塊 $25
絞肉 半碗 $70
豆瓣醬 兩匙 $8
蔥花 兩顆 $5
薑 $5 少許
蒜頭 $5 少許
結算$121
先把花椒跟大蒜爆香 再放絞肉進去炒香 最後再放豆瓣醬拌炒

最後再加水進去放豆腐稍微燉煮一下 讓豆腐可以入味一點

再稍微收汁一下就差不多了

香菇兩朵 $10
蔥花 兩顆 $5

高湯 (之前的豬肉白菜鍋湯底) free
米兩杯 $12

先丟雞肉下去炒香

接著加入高湯再把蔬菜類的東西丟進去

再用煮粥模式 用萬用鍋煮真得很快

起鍋之後再把蛋汁撒進去

稍微滾一下就好了 不需要等到蛋完全熟
因為粥的溫度會讓蛋慢慢變熟

終於來到第五道咖哩起司焗飯
之前做的咖哩材料還有剩 想說來做個焗飯好了
用肥胖迎接美好的星期五夜晚
豬絞肉半碗 $60

先加點油 把洋蔥跟咖哩粉炒香

等到炒軟變色了 再加紅蘿蔔 再把肉跟番茄通通放進來拌炒一下

沒有用烤箱也有這樣的成品 覺得算蠻不錯的耶
濃濃的咖哩香混著起司奶香 超級無敵下飯的
拿來沾麵包也超好吃
禮拜六比較有時間 想說要挑戰比較有難度的
決定要做江湖上很有名的黯然銷魂飯

最難的就是叉燒跟那顆蛋吧
米 2杯 $12
梅花肉 一條 $70
青江菜一株 $10

蜜汁烤肉醬 一匙 $6

最費工的是叉燒 我是先用萬用鍋把它蒸熟
再用無水烹調的模式 慢慢烤它
這樣肉吃起來才不會老
因為我做麵包有個器具是不鏽鋼環 剛好拿它來煎荷包蛋
麥當勞也是這樣

用鍋底還有殘留一些油 剛好可以讓荷包蛋香氣更夠
蛋煎完之後 油也剩不多 就可以拿來弄青江菜
把油通通用光 一滴都不浪費
最後就可以開飯啦

但老公說我做的也讓他忘也忘不了
果真沒嫁錯人 會講話 XDD
最後一天想說清清胃 做個簡單的宿醉良麵
喝醉酒的隔天真的會沒什麼胃口
必須要吃點容易開胃的東西

其實這道菜就是清冰箱料理阿 XDDDD
醬料會了 其他的配料就可以看自己家的冰箱有什麼東西
就起鍋熱水 把麵跟蔬菜們通通放進去煮熟就對啦

然後再煎個蛋 一樣我還是用那個不鏽鋼環 煎圓圓的蛋
弄好了之後就可以把東西全部放一起了
接著就可以調味

其實我覺得擺盤很重要 雖然這就是一道簡單的麵食
不過有美美的擺盤更能讓胃口大開吧

畢竟一個禮拜下來 也是囤積了不少東西
終於分享完一週七天的省錢料理 要這樣完整紀錄真的還挺累的XDD
