原本打算去家樂福二樓的品田牧場。
開了那麼久,愛吃豬排的我不去踩一下似乎說不過去。
到了櫃台一問,竟然要等一個半小時。
一個半小時!再多半小時我都可以去附近摩鐵休息了。
也難怪王品集團越開越多間。
懶得再去別的地方。
反正周日到哪裡應該都差不多吧,看看隔壁那精美的爭鮮....
三商?沒興趣。
丹堤?何必呢?
咦?旁邊有間鐵板燒耶。
平價鐵板燒嘛,應該都差不多才是,應該不用怕踩雷吧?
雖然內有大約四個服務生,但客人多嘛,桌面不甚整潔我還可以接受。
每個廚師都非常忙碌,站我面前這位更是倒下一整籃青菜,一直炒著,從未停歇。
雖然有看起來頗平價的牛羊豬每種90元,但中午已經吃了頗為失落的一餐,
晚上至少也得吃飽一點。
於是點了沙朗牛排(180),清炒蝦仁(160),和單點一個蔥花蛋(25)。
菜還沒上,先去盛飯。
以米飯的彈性,光澤,香氣和黏稠度來看,我慎重地給它打七十分。
滿分是兩百。
夾雜許多碎米,黏成一坨坨的飯,令人食慾大減。
我好想念林家滷肉飯和董記的米飯啊!
高麗菜和豆芽。
這東西是最安全的,所以不可能不好吃。
但吃起來就是怪怪的。
面前的師傅正在炒下一籃高麗菜,看來生意應該不錯。
「本草綱目」記載:洋蔥具有潤腸,理氣和胃,健脾進食,發散風寒,
溫中通陽,消食化肉,提神健體,散瘀解毒的功效。
在西方,洋蔥不但有"勝利"之意,
更因有著特殊的味道和甜味而被稱為窮人的松露。
為甚麼一直提到洋蔥呢?
因為一盤沙朗牛排裡面,大約有15塊長寬各1cm,約0.5cm厚的牛肉,其他全是洋蔥。
喔,還有幾片辣椒。
肉質.....甚麼肉質?
這樣子你要收我180元!
我覺得,既然價格不算太高,份量跟品質如魚與熊掌,不能兩者兼得。
但在這間餐廳而言,份量跟品質如林志玲與藍寶基尼,兩者兼不能得。
還是因為最近酒肉吃太多,老闆幫我顧身體呢?
真是好心哪。
面前的師傅已經炒了四、五籃青菜。店裡人是不少啦,但生意真的這麼好喔?
清炒蝦仁。
這.....這不應該叫清炒蝦仁,應該叫清炒洋蔥配蝦仁才是。
數了數,應該有十隻一元和五元大小的蝦仁,剩下的也全是洋蔥。
這樣也收我160元,比搶銀行更好賺。
我已經不想數面前師傅到底炒了幾籃青菜,反正沒停過。
是說,這樣也算是種桌邊秀吧,就跟看著劇情一直重複的八點檔配飯差不多。
蔥花蛋。
應該是今晚MVD(Most Valuable Dish)。
一顆蛋打下去,灑點蔥花,幾乎無調味,這樣也賣25元。
不過還好啦,跟剛剛受到的打擊比起來,這實在是不痛不癢。
啊,面前的師父去休息了,辛苦他了。
原來,剛剛炒那麼多青菜,全部都堆在旁邊放涼,等到有客人上門就可立刻上菜。
難怪青菜吃起來怪怪的,因為少了"現炒"的味道啊!
從點單上菜到吃完買單,不到20分鐘,真不愧是鐵板燒界的麥當勞。
食畢,只覺空虛。
