我一面讀一面筆記,覺得前面兩章的內容可以解釋這個問題,就分享出來

本書一開始要打破的迷思就是:別以為欠缺自律是造成拖延的根本原因,事實上
我們如果沒有自信又常常暗自在內心狠毒的批判自己,就會造成自己喘不過氣的壓力
拖延逃避的心理就會出現,不斷損耗自己生活中原本唾手可得的單純喜悅。

1.為什麼我們會拖延
最壞的批評通常來自我們自己:消極假設。完美的要求造成對失敗的恐懼 >
拖延 > 自我批評 > 焦慮和壓力 > 失去自信 > 對失敗更大的恐懼 > 更加逃避
1.作為對抗外部權威壓力的間接方式。例如被上司指派一些不得不執行的任務時。
但必須提醒的是唯有自己才能迫使自己成為受害者或做事拖延的人
2.為自己不完美、令人失望的表現編造一個理由,來緩解對於失敗的恐懼。
完美主義和自我挑剔是造成害怕的主因。我應該了解即使我犯了錯誤,
我的價值也不會有任何改變
3.做為害怕成功的手段,讓自己遠離最佳狀態。
認為一次成功後緊接著的是另一次挑戰煎熬,同時幻想有朝一日達到某一高度後,
可以從此高枕無憂。
此時若發現自己永遠達不到「不用做自己不想做而又不得不做的事情」的高度。
就出現拖延心理。
但該提醒自己的是工作並非充滿痛苦。
2.我們是怎麼拖延
Step 1. 客觀地觀察自己:做一個三天的時間表
Step 2. 拖延記錄表:時間、活動/重要性、想法、理由、嘗試的解決、最後感覺
ex. 2/7 9:30am, 演講(AAA),
得到這任務有些意外, 非常緊張, 喝杯咖啡,
感覺更加緊張, 自我感覺很糟糕。
我是否浪費了近乎荒謬的時間在拖延上。這代表自我批評、自我挑剔
和完美主義已經根深蒂固。
做好安全措施:告別拖延的第一步
即使再複雜困難的任務,解構成小塊之後,就好比走過寬30cm,長10m,鋪在地上
的木板般單純,但如果木板是橫跨在兩座大廈高樓之間,幾乎沒有人會像如履平地
般毫不遲疑的走過。
通常把木板抬到一百英呎高空的人就是自己,把一個單純的任務升格成人生價值的
測驗。如果你一直告訴自己沒成任務以前你不可能得到幸福,那麼你根本就不可能
順利地完成眼前的任務。歷來成功者往往抱持的信念是
“Fail fast and frequently.”直接向那個負面的等式進攻,不管發生什麼事,自我
價值一直存在。今天事情作得不圓滿,你還是你,真正愛你的人還是愛你,
你還是擁有幸福開心的權利。現在,你需要的是學習如何和自己對話,給自己安全
感與自信,讓自己別再把自我價值與工作表現劃上等號,別再把木板提升到令人卻
步的高樓。
