我在花蓮出沒十幾年,復興街變成蔥油餅街也不過這三四年的事情。
最早只有一家老牌蔥油餅,後來整個移到巷口,改名叫炸蛋蔥油餅。
原先位置則又開了一家老牌蔥油餅。那陣子我去買蔥油餅也差點搞
錯(因為老闆戴口罩,之前也沒認真記他臉孔),再後來就漸漸人山
人海,也學聰明真想吃就挑非假日、或是先打電話去訂。也想給後
面那家蔥油餅機會,心想不過是個蔥油餅,應該差異不大。那時炸
蛋很多人時,老牌空空蕩蕩的。不過就買了那一次,我跟我男朋友
一致認為真的不好吃,就算是山寨也山寨了五六分而已,皮不脆餅
不Q雞蛋不香,後來就只吃102號那家。
最近經過一看,後面那家名稱也改成老牌炸彈蔥油餅,而且也魚目
混珠了不少顧客在排隊。兩家的店面配置都是小發財車,人員都是
男老闆炸鍋,兩個阿姨幫忙。說真的要不熟,還真容易搞錯。現在
一台漆成黃車,一台漆成藍車,也都寫了僅此一家別無分號,到底
誰冒仿誰還真是啼笑皆非。
記得蔥油餅跟麻糬一樣,都有一段自家人內鬨的故事,這類型蔥油
餅好吃與否見仁見智,但是有時間山寨包括招牌、店名、人員配置
不如好好研發產品這種行為,實在令人無法苟同。
