滷肉的豬油 - 日用品

想請問
滷豬肉之後在鍋子上會浮上一層油
試過兩種方法去除
1.還是熱的時候用湯匙
2.冰冰箱凝固變成白色撈起
這兩種方法都不太好用
撈不乾淨
尤其是第2種
因為放冷讓豬油凝固之後
還是軟的
拿湯匙挖也沒辦法全部挖乾淨
不像滷牛肉
牛肉的油凝固會變硬
比較好撈
大家有什麼好方法嗎
