港式點心 - 彰化

現在沒有生產港式點心了
謝謝大家
家裡以前是做港式點心的
但因為種種原因,後來沒再賣了
因為不才我畢業後才工作4個多月就在年前遭裁員T_________T
履歷投了百封連面試機會也無...4個多月的資歷毫無競爭力可言>"<
於是回家跟家人重學這項技藝
希望重拾一點信心..不然我真的覺得自己失業後就像廢人一枚囧
材料是到市場買溫體豬肉做的,珍珠丸的外面白白的是糯米
若是以大火蒸,冷凍狀態需蒸12min
蒸的時候直接把錫箔紙擺在蒸盤上(不用再放瓷盤了)
冷凍則可保存3個月左右
