因為本身不太喜歡喝水所以通常都帶枸杞紅棗茶去學校不然就喝低卡的飲料一:早餐穀片加牛奶跟水果午餐帶便當晚餐吃家裡(通常只吃青菜少許肉跟水果)晚餐後會吃類似酵素幫助排便二:早餐早餐店的土司夾起司蛋或蛋餅之類的加水果午餐帶便當晚餐穀片加牛奶跟水果這兩種方式隔一天交換吃然後油炸類
