洗完菜後要如何瀝掉水分 - 居家

我知道應該要先洗菜然後再切菜
這樣青菜裡的營養素才不會流失
可是只要一洗完菜
菜就都是水啊
拿到沾板上去切只會弄得到處濕答答
所以我都乾脆先切一切再洗
到底要如何才能洗菜後去除掉多餘的水分呢?
我有用網篩瀝過水
不過感覺不怎麼有效
每次看電視的作菜節目
大家都拿出乾乾的菜來切菜
我就覺得好羨慕啊~~
到底應該怎麼瀝掉水分呢
請賢慧的大家教教我吧!
