遇到一些讓自己苦惱的事情，用文字敘述有時會
遺漏一些細節，不夠周全以致他人不能領會。
於是得到了一些自己看了不太滿意的回覆，此時
心中的念頭是「沒有人懂我」。
人們往往先去猜測令我苦惱的人事物，而非先關
心我的感受，此種情況從能讓我更為沮喪。
