求助~手腕內側痛 - 高雄

手腕內側已經痛了至少2週不見好,
好幾個月沒有運動(重訓)、
平常也很少使用電腦鍵盤、
疼痛之前也沒有摔倒受傷等等...
印象某一天早上睡醒之後開始感到不適,
原本不理會想說休息一下會好轉,
但狀況卻是慢慢變糟糕,
某些角度會痛、按壓也會疼痛,
已經有點影響生活作息...
尤其每天早上醒來是最不舒服的時候。
請問高雄版友,是否有推薦的醫生?
爬文之後不知道要看骨科、物理治療、
還是復健科比較適合?
如圖紅點是按壓最痛的地方,
紅線是按了都會不舒服的地方。
