小弟最近想要減脂
所以飲食多蔬果、少油為主
但一個人租屋不能開伙
今天早上吃某永和豆漿的飯糰加蛋
覺得超級油的((跪...
想問問那邊有吃起來感覺較清爽(?)的早餐店
有沙拉或有蔬菜的這種品項也歡迎推薦
午晚餐想問問有比較不油的自助餐
或是有較多蔬菜、調味不重、不油的店家
小弟住在復興美工附近
目前吃覺得亞瑟漢堡的沙拉小山很棒
晚餐則是龍爸的店，吃起來感覺較不油膩
可是常吃也會膩,有時也覺得好大份吃不完XD
不限地區、那邊的店都可以推薦
也想問問可以單買水果切盤、燙青菜
然後便宜不貴的店家 ((窮學生
