食尚玩家的OS桑阿松和朋友開了一間包子店
分了幾次將五種口味全買來吃,食記跟大家分享

只要有看節目食尚玩家的觀眾一定對配音的OS桑阿松不陌生
後來他從幕後轉往幕前,現在甚至跟朋友合夥開了包子店
地點就在人來人往的松山車站、饒河街夜市外圍
趁搭火車回家的時候,分了幾次將所有口味買齊
阿松的朋友迷途知返,想要將爸爸做的包子味道傳承下去
所以阿松決定贊助他,朋友出技術,阿松負責代言跟行銷
每次去的時段不同,都有排隊購買的人潮,不變的還有包子皆當天手工現做
有賣買回去需要自行加熱的饅頭,可以馬上吃的有五種口味
每個包子都有自己的包裝,都是30元
懷舊香芋包的包子皮還有一絲絲的芋頭絲
內餡除了甘甜的芋頭塊,還有加入肉絲(葷的)
預期中的香芋包是僅加入芋頭的甜內餡,多了鹹肉絲增加衝突感
而且肉絲還有部分惱人的肥肉,我還是比較想吃到單純的甜芋泥餡
珍品咖哩包的外皮也揉進辛香料變成討喜的黃
咖哩內餡不是絞肉,用整塊肉下去做,搭配微甜的日式咖哩醬
竄鼻的香氣與有嚼勁的口感結合,會讓人一口接一口
上品鮮肉包的外皮和其它款一樣Q彈蓬軟好入口
咬開肉團和肉汁一併蹦出來
肉汁鮮甜,肉餡沒有肉腥,很大一塊吃完也不會感覺油膩有負擔
鮮肉包是我五種包子裡最喜歡的口味
吃完鹹的吃甜的,極品奶黃包第一口先吃到奶酥般的內餡
直搗中心吃到鹹蛋黃,讓偏乾的口感多了油脂變得濕潤
我更喜歡同樣是蛋奶素的御品起士包
俯瞰就像一朵花的起士包,白色麵團間大方的塞進一顆顆的起司塊
剛出爐的溫度讓起司塊微微融化
兩種起司的不同鹹度讓單調的白麵團口感變豐富
甜的包子麵團都比鹹的包子厚,口感也來得紮實
起士包和鮮肉包是每次去買都一定會點的口味
下次勤奮一點買饅頭回來蒸吧!
