據說當年李鵠餅店在分家時
幾個太太的兒子爭產的不可開交
大某的小孩與現任老闆(好像是排行第三?)
最後以擲筊決定
以我自己的印象 我覺得大房比較像以前李鵠的口味
而現在的李鵠的口味算改良過了 比較鬆軟 大房比較酥硬
綠豆沙餅則是李鵠做的較綿密 較為符合現代西式的口味
大房的綠豆沙餅比較甜 傳統糕餅的作法
我不同意有人說李鵠 本地人都不吃的說法
若當初本地人不力挺李鵠的話 他們怎麼可能發跡並紅到今天呢?
