如果時間快到了,可以禮貌性告知,什麼時候要關店打烊,
顧客聽到訊息,基本上會配合店家,加快用餐的速度,讓店家可以早點休息,
或是從一開始就根本不要接受這筆生意,拒絕客人上門消費。
接近關店打烊時間,顧客上門不是來找碴,如果不想做這筆生意就不要接受點餐,
這個道理就是一番兩瞪眼,沒道理給店家賺錢,還要受到差別待遇,
店家開了門,要做這筆生意就是要對於上門的顧客一視同仁,
關店前一小時來的客人跟關店前十分鐘的客人應予同樣的服務,
豈可用關下鐵門這種非常不禮貌的手段,當作無聲的抗議,要求顧客快點離店?
