咖哩要先選用上等前腿肉
紅蘿蔔跟馬鈴薯
恆春洋蔥
全部切丁,
先煮一鍋沸水,把豬肉川燙後備用
然後拿鍋子炒洋蔥,讓鍋子有洋蔥味,
把洋蔥丟了
加水煮滾,放入紅蘿蔔跟馬鈴薯,
等到紅蘿蔔夠軟了,
再放入咖哩塊攪散,
放入川燙的豬肉等豬肉熟
最後整鍋再放入電鍋裡面,
才算完成
有些比較講究的紅蘿蔔會換成白玉蘿蔔,
馬鈴薯會換成山藥,
咖哩塊會換成綠咖哩,
那種高等級的一般鄉民可能不太會嘗試
大概是這樣
: 電鍋怎麼煮咖哩喔..
: 就材料全部切丁丟進去啊
: 電鍋跳起來喇喇耶在悶一下就好了= =
