有咖啡和茶的替代品嗎? - 學習

本人因為腸胃出了問題
醫生說咖啡和茶都不能喝
而今年又在準備轉學考
不喝咖啡和茶對我來說真的差很多很多
而且好像也不是對咖啡因上癮(因為我自從7月考完指考就沒再喝了)
總之就是心情鬱卒無法專注+睡飽了還是想睡
從9月開學到現在都是如此
剛剛終於忍不住喝了咖啡
專注力整個回到指考備戰時期效率超高= =
但我不能再喝了阿這樣以後我腸胃真的會不行
不曉得為何咖啡因對我的影響會如此的大
至於運動很不幸的也因為腸胃關係
只要運動腸胃就會劇痛
醫生也叫我最近不要劇烈運動(也不用到劇烈運動,跑步就會痛了= =)
只能趕快把腸胃治好才能開始運動了
然後還有B群
之前吃了之後超級超級想睡= =
而且隔天還會胸口疼痛
整個很詭異
所以後來也不吃
唉呦怎麼感覺身體這麼多毛病呢
真的蠻後悔以前念書的時候都沒在運動
考完指考之後身體變得很差
也希望鄉民別像我一樣為了考試把身體搞壞了
總之想問不曉得有沒有鄉民有什麼好方法可以提高專注力
或是有咖啡或茶的替代品能夠提神的呢?
希望對腸胃別刺激太大的
PS.最近都在跑診所希望把身體調好,又要準備轉考+期中考,又因為身體因素無法完全投
入,真的快瘋了...希望正在努力的大家都不要放棄阿!然後一定要注意身體健康T_T...
