有什麼方法可以不賴床 - 時間管理

每次鬧鐘想 就會把他按掉
然後心裡想..再睡5分鐘 再睡5分鐘.......
結果就又睡下去了
雖然沒有遲到可是有幾次真的差點遲到
好討厭這個壞習慣喔
但是我又拿瞌睡蟲沒辦法
好煩喔
有時候 有特別的事情或約會
反而鬧鐘一響馬上起床
真奇怪...
有什麼辦法可以改善賴床的壞習慣嗎??????
