我目前很想早起 看書 以前都是夜貓子
現在想改善讀書習慣 發現好難=.=
就算12點睡覺 還是會睡到隔天8 9點
有時候設定鬧鐘也聽不到=.=
請問一下有什麼方式可以改善嗎?
