有很多事情就像水果一樣,
不趕快吃、不趕快做,就會爛掉…
而最快把事情搞砸的方法不是一開始就失敗,不是這個做不好、 那個做太糟,而是你一開始就拖延它,從一分鐘、一小時、一天甚至到一年,從內心以為只要一下下就好,
然後再一下下、一下下…,到最後內心已經麻木不願再去想它,直到搞砸為止才終於承認這是拖延。
解決拖延的方法
1.不要有完美主義。
2.一開始就去作他,哪怕是只有一點點。
3.訂定計畫一點點一點點去完成它。
