晚上七點就想睡... - 時間管理

我平常都非常不正常的兩三點睡
早上起來時間也很不規律
有時八點多有時九點多有時十點多...
八點多起床的話
往往晚上七點八點就想睡覺了
可是睡了之後
大概十點十一點又爬起來就又睡不著一直到凌晨四五點= =
隔天就又睡晚晚
之後惡性循環...
我有試著撐過去那段時間可是好像就也是一樣會失眠...
請問有沒有人跟我一樣的狀況
然後有什麼解決的方法
拜託救救我吧~
