從我開始早起唸書到現在
發現不管我多早起或是睡的飽滿飽的起床
一定在起床後2~3個小時腦袋都很昏>"<
應該說我知道我在幹麻卻不知道我在做什麼XD
3個小時真的很久耶~~
6點起床吃早餐開始唸書~要到9點才會說~喔喔喔~有衝有衝了~= =
喝咖啡啦~沖澡啦~早餐多吃蛋白質少油少澱粉壓~
我都試過了T^T
但是還是固定會恍神= =
這......應該不叫低血壓吧XD
大家也會降嗎??
想聽聽大家有沒有好方法勒~
