日夜顛倒該怎麼調整呢? - 時間管理

現在的我天天都早上5~7點才睡
睡到下午3~5點才起床
然而也曾經有想過要改
但是每次提早睡覺還是會在半夜醒來
之後就會精神亢奮
不之不覺又玩電腦玩到早上...
之後又睡到下午...
已經維持了有一個月多了
課都差不多翹光了
請問有沒有好辦法可以讓我睡的安穩~
不會在半夜醒來的方法阿?
