兩天前與一群朋友想說來試試新開的燒肉店,
當坐定位後服務生就會介紹三種價位菜色,再來述說用餐時間2個小時,一個半小時之後
將停止點餐,若有浪費食材真的會加收食材費用,超過用餐時間「半小時」以內1人加收2
00元,半小時至1小時支付點餐價格半價(ex:699元/2=350元)會嚴格執行!
於是我們就懷著當兵吃戰鬥餐的心情來吃(歡迎懷念當兵生活的朋友或者是時間管理大師
推薦來挑戰自我),之後店家會拿一張熱感應紙上面有QR code使用手機點餐,而送出餐
點時手機會顯示點餐剩餘時間,喜歡挑戰壓線或趕上班上課那種刺激感的朋友一定要來試
試!
再來就是這家店的特色了!會使用獨特的木炭來燒烤,起初我們都覺得沒有什麼奇怪的地
方,後來吃了1小時後發現怎麼完全沒有吃飽,連女生都沒吃飽更何況是男生,我們才恍
然大悟炭火的火候完全不足,烤一根香腸烤了20分鐘,後來真的受不了請店員幫忙更換木
炭,店員把手放在木炭上方後,卻說依他的專業判斷不需要更換木炭,當時我們摸摸鼻子
就繼續烤(泣),當一個半小時即將到來時,店員也會來提醒是最後點餐,當時因為根本
沒有吃飽於是我們又加點餐點,最後就是重頭戲了,當兩個小時一到,店員會馬上過來(
嗶嗶...紅牌出場)告知時間到了,剩餘的食材未烤完是浪費食物,(問題我們根本沒有
吃飽啊......),如果要繼續吃的話必須1人支付200元,當時我們覺得太硬了吧,而店家
告知必須嚴格執行,否則就是得支付未吃完的食材費用,之後就請他幫忙計算剩餘的食材
費用,之後店員告知6隻白蝦180元、2個魚下巴220元時我們都驚了,而店員說單點本來就
比較貴,我們當時不斷的跟店員反應炭火火候太小,完全不給更換這招真的太高了,於是
跟店家理論一番後,我們支付了剩餘的食材費用但連外帶也不想了,我氣飽了!
至於食材的部分我就不予置評了,畢竟我不是老饕,而且炭火太小真的烤起來完全不知道
有沒有熟,所以這個部分就給有興趣的朋友去嚐鮮看看!
結論:真的是一間特色店家!店家真的不怕您吃,但炭火太小可能要自備賴打或者學會少
林絕學火雲掌再來挑戰,抑或喜歡嚐「生」鮮的勇者來嘗試?想要烤的盡興必須要用瓦斯
爐比較不推這間,這間是保有日式風格的小火燒烤!
回家後詢問google大神,得知這是餐飲業不能說的秘密,不怕您吃,但是火候就是讓你吃
不了(球證、旁證、技術委員、主辦、協辦、所有單位都是我的人。你們怎麼跟我鬥!)
BTW...10%服務費包含了換烤網一次,但不包含換木炭唷......,更別說會不會有人桌邊
服務幫烤...順道一提,規定的部分店家很親切地請先來的人要自行向其他人說明~如果
記憶力不好的朋友可能要帶一本小筆記在店員告知規則時趕快抄下來,順道懷念學生時代
附上那天剩餘食材照片一共488元,還有兩個魚下巴沒拍到(由左至右:白蝦6隻、雞腿排
3塊跟皮、4塊冷凍麻糬燒)
