對從小讀江翠國中的我們來說,這間店一直存在,因此充滿好奇心的情況下就去一次
一進門,服務生就問"有訂位嗎???"
我們"沒有欸,(心裡OS):哇靠,生意這麼好不訂位沒得吃???"
"沒訂位的話要等6點"
後來等到6點05就出來叫我們進去了
一進去,選吃到飽,結果是~氣到飽!!
1.服務態度極差無比!
2.食物品質極差無比!
3.廚師技術極差無比!
一個一個來
1.服務態度
服務態度從一進門問有沒有訂位,我們默默觀察他對每一組上門的客人都這麼問
但沒有任何一組是真的有訂位,說出類似"有,我們訂7點,林先生"....之類的
這或許是他們的行銷手法,無所謂,但搞的一副很忙的模樣拿個菜單也要用甩的
上個菜也要用丟的,湯汁灑的到處都是!!
進門說聲歡迎光臨也不會,就連結帳說聲謝謝也不會
結完帳馬上收桌面也不會等客人離開,是生意有這麼好????
臭臉臭臉臭臉!!
就是這間店的特徵~從服務生到捏壽司的,沒有一個不是臭臉
(不好意思我覺得他不配稱作廚師,只能算是捏壽司的人)

2.食物品質-一個人495我們四個人吃了1980,來算給大家聽
爛!不要以為我們一桌年輕人就可以亂擺!!
a.生魚片
用的是邊角料(魚尾巴、魚頭上面刮下來的)
這種料在一般日式料理是拿來煮味增湯免費請客人喝的
鮭魚切來的生魚片一點油脂度都沒有
生魚片還不放冰塊!!在這種天氣大概10分鐘就全部軟趴趴且肉質氧化!
邊角料我還真不知道該怎麼估他的價格.....
b.手卷
龍蝦手卷
海苔+一坨飯+碎到能從牙縫跑出來的龍蝦泥
其他的都一樣,魚卵手捲就一小湯匙灑在上面
一捲成本算你10~15塊錢
c.握壽司
飯量、肉的大小、厚薄不均
而且不掺芥末,我們還用上一道生魚片剩的芥茉醬來抹
說真的這種東西叫一個小學生來捏也捏的出來
醋飯黏膩噁心(醋加太多)!!
用的肉也很詭異,有很多不會出現在握壽司的部位都看的到!
d.炸物
炸蝦=>寬度不到1公分
炸干貝=>大賣場買的冷凍干貝拿來炸
章魚燒=>也是大賣場買來的
一個人花495是吃大賣場買的冷凍食品拿來炸?????
就算是~好歹買貴一點的拿來炸吧?!
油膩到一個不行,也不願意多甩個兩下.....
e.烤物
柳葉魚、香魚=>黃昏市場的炸雞店用的料都比他們好
雞腿小支、照燒豬排小片
小片就算了,味道一點都不照燒!
烤的技術?!?!敢掛牌"日本料理"沒有烤功.....店面應該是老闆自己的不用店租吧
f.湯
海鮮湯味增湯
一鍋水+幾片菜+幾塊豆腐+於尾沒辦法做生魚片的角料
成本一鍋約50塊吧!!!
整場吃下來,只有可樂是正常的~~~~~
495在火鍋店可以吃到哈根大斯、至少莫凡比
在這裡只有客惟您~~客惟您在百元牛排店看到會讓人欣喜
但花了495看到客惟您真想殺人!

3.廚師技術
每個壽司高度、肉片厚薄都不一樣
每個炸物油膩、肉質硬
每個烤物醬料以及烤好的乾澀
每盤青菜油膩、羊肉炒的比橡皮筋還硬
這樣的餐廳還能撐這麼久.....真的是一個傳奇了............
補一個店裡狀況
我們在第二次點菜時點了鮭魚,因為是第二次點
他們不知道是覺得我們這輩子沒吃過鮭魚還是怎樣
來了一堆不規則形狀的肉,而且碟成一陀
一片片挑來吃,肉硬到不行,而且那些數量在沒有冰塊的情況下一下子就爛成一團了
在不想浪費的情況下我們把它丟到火鍋裡去煮
結果不知道是老闆娘還是什麼跑來罵
"肉不夠可以說我們會加"
"生魚片的肉很貴我們規定不能煮火鍋"
"菜單上都有寫你們是沒有看是不是????"
如果你怕浪費,為什麼要上那麼多邊角料???
如果你很豪邁的想請我們吃到飽....可不可以拜託放點冰塊
畢竟生的肉品....食品安全衛生是最重要的!!
這家店,不可能有下次了~~~分享此文章希望不會有受害者也跟著受害呢阿......
