搭[葛瑪蘭]通勤台北<->宜蘭市 - 宜蘭

我住台北,即將換工作到宜蘭市上班
昨天找房子沒看到滿意的,
決定先觀望一陣子,暫時通勤上下班,
昨天分別搭中午跟下午四點的葛瑪蘭來回(科技大樓<->宜蘭轉運站)
直達車的行車時間大約一個小時
如果我搭早上6:05這班,在科技大樓站上車,(最早的幾班車似乎都會在礁溪停靠)
是否來得及在7:45分之前抵達宜蘭轉運站?
早上6點多,北宜高的塞車情形如何?
有人在平常上班日搭過嗎? 感謝回覆.
