1.每天最好能睡飽、作息規律、別熬夜
2.別吃太飽,但要吃得好(營養均衡,攝取多樣蔬果,要吃肉,但別吃太多)
3.不看A片、不打手槍
4.一週安排3天以上的運動時間,每次運動40分鐘為佳
5.多喝水
6.遇到想不通、無法理解的問題時,請教老師和同學
7.訓練自己可以在讀書時隔絕一切煩惱和噪音
8.唸數學時不斷地問自己為什麼?寫題目時不斷地問自己是否合乎邏輯、根據何種理由?
9.讀書前盡快將將所有瑣事及雜事做完
10.讀完自己規定的段落或完成某項計劃後就盡情地玩、放鬆、休息
