推薦信的寄送問題(Erasmus Mundus) - 留學

抱歉本想用推文回（其實是已經XD），但發現話太多所以再回文
那個，不好意思借標題順便問一下，我申請的program上面寫說：
References must be written on headed paper, signed by the referee, and should be included in the PDF file.
是要求推薦人要用筆手寫嗎？還是只是強調要用headed paper，再簽名就好
我真的不太好意思請老師和老闆親手寫四百多字啊啊啊...(還是這就是在考驗推薦人挺你的程度XD)
請問大家有類似的經驗或建議嗎？謝謝
