《課程說明》
Taiwanese are rarely given the opportunity to use English to speak in front
of a group of people. How are written speeches different between the west and
Taiwan? How are they presented differently? These questions along with others
will be addressed in this class. From simple ideas such as brainstorming,
outlines and body language will be taught. Each week students will be given
feedback on the writing and delivery of their speeches. Speeches to inform,
speeches to persuade as well as interview skills (self introduction for
school/ business) will covered over the course of the program.

這門課去年我有上過
loading可以說是非常大
每堂課到最後剩下來的學生很少 (上學期是15人最後剩3-4人)

每一堂課每個學生都要上台演講(約5分鐘)

每一周學生都要寫約五分鐘的講稿 於每周上課後3-4天內寄給老師批改
老師改完後會Email給學生

然後學生再背稿 於當週上課演講


難度很高的地方在於
1.寫演講稿會花掉很多時間 因為要符合西方人的演講邏輯 及切題
很容易被老師改出文不對題的問題

2.背稿 並且生動的演講 還要注意一些演講技巧


會推薦的原因是 實在收穫太多
而我這學期還會再去上課一次 因實在上一次不夠


另外老師本人詼諧幽默搞笑
每次上課氣氛都很棒

(上學期比較少大學生/碩士生報名 可能是因為禮拜五晚上黃金周末夜 大家都想出去玩XD)
