昨天想說吃個牛排,我跟我朋友2人,就去貴族世家...
(以下陳述之事實皆屬實,絕非惡意批評,抹黑...)

1.點餐時
一進去,服務生帶位後,開始點餐
我指著Menu問,請問這三樣,份量是多少,就大約是幾盎司的?
服務生說,"喔...這我不知道耶"
然後我朋友指著Menu問,這個是哪個部位啊??
服務生說,"這...我不知道耶"
(服務生一直都站在原地不動)
OS:我們點完後就聊,一般餐廳,客人發問,若沒辦法回答,
就問一下其他服務生or老闆or店長啥的,就好啦~
好怪的服務態度...算了
(第一次算了)
會問幾盎司,不是我無聊愛亂問,或故意刁難
是因為之前有一次,這家貴族打著特價的廣告我就去了
牛排送來,份量竟然只有以前的一半,當場傻眼
大約便宜10~30塊左右,肉量減半??
隔了好久後的今天,才再去一次試試
想說算了,反正只是吃個普通的牛排,份量應該就差不多6~8盎司之間吧
應該不會像之前這麼倒楣~就點了一個,產地是美國的牛排(價錢不到300的)

2.享用沙拉吧時
才要夾菜時,沙拉吧裡,鹹的菜色,只有兩樣,涼拌素雞 & 炸甜不辣
其他都是水果,生菜類
湯是玉米濃湯,味增豆腐湯
麵包的醬,一個是草莓,一個忘了,有一個是綠褐色(@@?)
聞起來像巧克力,看起來像牛蒡泥+花生粉,我...不敢吃
OS:當場覺得,跟以前比差好多...
這家店,以前鹹的菜色,大約都3~4樣or更多,
有雞翅,炸物,豆乾or素雞,涼拌雞的內臟or豬血糕...
以前湯是玉米濃湯,另一個都是竹笙排骨湯or甜不辣or冬瓜還蘿蔔湯的...
接著我夾了一些些東西,裝了玉米濃湯
開始享用...
玉米濃湯:比以前稀
涼麵:麵有些爛爛的,味道還過得去
黑胡椒醬:比以前還難吃,幾乎只有黑胡椒的嗆辣味+水的味道,
(以前就不喜歡它的黑胡椒醬,只是想裝一些試試味道)
OS:想說是非假日,物價又一直漲
菜色差,應該是沒辦法的事,還是算了
他們算是平價的店,自己要來吃的,沒啥好挑剔~
(第二次算了)
湯喝完,吃幾口涼麵,其他小菜都還沒吃,牛排就來了...

3.牛排上桌
端來的廚師,態度很不錯,也會等我把桌面全清空
餐巾紙擋好,才把蓋子打開...
開始吃時,麵比以前少,也沒配菜
吃一口麵 (類似 烏龍麵條)...
天啊...很糟耶,麵都燙到爛掉了,舌頭一壓就爛
以前麵都是QQ的.像炒烏龍麵那樣,有彈性...
OS:平價的店,配的麵也不是主食,繼續..."算了"
(第三次算了)
接著吃牛排,我明明點七分,從端來開始,還沒切就一直滲血水
吃一兩口,口感像是全熟,頗硬,有些乾,澀...
而切開的顏色,是九分熟的顏色
點七分,煎成九分,還會滲血(3~5分嗎?)
(如果他有泡過嫩肉精,那九分還能硬成這樣...真是無言)
OS:我又想說算了,雖然是主食,但一客才200多,這種價位,
就別故意去挑烹調技術上的缺點,不想當"澳客"or"花錢耍大爺"
所以不想退,就繼續吃吧...
(第四次算了)

然後令我生氣的來了...
我朋友說,他覺得醃肉的醬料,有些酸酸的
好像跟以前不一樣,就切很小一口給我吃
我吃到幾乎都是牛排醬味,只有點酸味,沒想這多,就先吞下去
接著再吃一塊(較大塊),才咬一下...
我當場就整個吐在桌上,還有些反胃作嘔,
氣到把叉子摔在桌上...直接大罵
"這什麼東西啊,是人吃的嗎?整個都壞掉耶..."
他們過來問"什麼事?" 我罵道...
"餿掉的東西還拿來給客人吃,你們有沒有良心啊!!"
我氣到又把手上擦嘴的餐巾紙扔出去...
那口牛排肉的"腐敗臭酸"味,一直瀰漫口中,我只能一直吐口水
他接著說,幫我們換過,請廚房重弄...
我想說,他們應該是不小心的,就說...
"好...記住,我要七分,拜託,OK?"
本想給他們一次機會...
但我朋友說,"不要吃了,我們走好了..."
我就跟服務生說...
"小姐,跟你們廚師說,不用煎了,我不吃了,謝謝"
他馬上說好,我們就掉頭走人...(出門後,我還是一直吐口水~噁)

"你知道肉為什麼腐敗嗎?就是上面的細菌,微生物...
一直吃肉,繁殖,排泄,等到上面很多他們的大X (X=消音)
肉就是臭的,我們幹麻花200多來吃大X..."
"就算不是,腐敗的東西,吃了可能會食物中毒
要是回去你食物中毒怎麼辦,他們會理你喔!?"
(這是我參加國家的餐飲衛生講習時教過的...)
我朋友也覺得很噁+恐怖...

感想:
從頭到尾,只有端牛排來的廚師&幫我退的服務生
"態度方面"算是平價的水準之上
其他,真的讓我感覺不好,尤其是食物品質
雖然是平價牛排...
質量縮水,烹調方面...我不想當"澳客",所以沒跟他們計較
綠褐色的麵包醬......也算了,我沒吃,沒資格說啥~
腐敗發酸發臭的牛排,還拿出來給客人吃,臭成那樣還沒察覺
而且我去用餐時,也不是人多的假日,
他好像有兩or三層樓,當天客人一樓都沒坐滿
如果是忙不過來而疏忽,也太說不過去了...
這一家,這一次,只能說算我倒楣,
因為他們算是平價牛排館,所以牛排肉以外的...
我都不想跟他們計較,也沒當場跟他們反應...
老實說,我曾吃過發霉的排骨,鯷魚,發臭的牛肉片,透抽,蝦仁,
發酸的青豆,馬鈴薯,烏龍茶,發酵的蕃茄,爛掉的芒果...
都沒那麼臭,那麼噁...

我相信,貴族世家的許多分店,服務&品質,還是很好的,也很用心經營
也希望那一家會改善,不要再讓其他客人當冤大頭...
總之,吃到腐敗的肉,那間貴族世家,我再也不去吃了

看來我修養不好,以後別這麼生氣才是...-.-b
