托福閱讀測驗的實際難度 - 英檢

想要請教大家一個問題，我是第一次考托福，我正在看江老師的那本
高分托福閱讀，到現在也寫了滿多篇了，但是我的成績每次都在１８～２１那邊，
但是我做ＯＧ的題目成績都有到二十幾以上，雖然有可能ＥＴＳ的ＯＧ閱讀測驗
就比較簡單，另外一提，報名附加的ＴＰＯ我做也都有９１％～９２％的正確率。

所以我想請問各位比較有經驗的人，書的閱讀難度跟實際測驗的題目難度差不多嗎？

另外我想請問大家都是先看文章看完才做題目還是大略看之後就進入題目了？

我是屬於第二種類型的，我錯的題目其實大部分都是單字。。。。。
