托福帳號登入失敗 - 英檢

我在報名托福時

要登入帳號時

叫我改密碼 一改完密碼

出現了"You are unauthorized to access this page"

就無法使用了... 現在不能報名考試了= =

想要換帳號時 因為忘了當初設的回答問題= = 也不能改

好像也不能重新申請帳號...

有人知道該怎麼辦嗎?
