我身高171,體重72肥肉很多,簡單來說幾乎沒啥肌肉…我想運動減肥…請專家告訴我該怎麼做…我不想減的不健康是不是要先減脂肪再做肌肉的訓練會比較好?還有一些飲食需要注意的地方,要怎麼吃會比較好?搭配什麼茶之類的會瘦的較健康嗎?而且我本身有點便秘…大概2~3天才上一次廁所…要如何改善呢?感謝回答者…PS.我會游泳...再PS.我是男的...Showmore
