我好想調整作息 - 時間管理

我實在很想11點以前就能入睡
但實在好難 每次摸一摸就又12點了
手又賤去拿遙控器 ㄧ開就快1點才睡
請問有沒有好的方法可以改變這個熬夜的惡習
或是有計畫的執行可以交交我
