想早起好難 - 時間管理

我每天晚上都11點多就上床了
可是都會在床上翻來覆去的睡不著
可能要花一個小時以上的時間才會睡著
我的鬧鐘是設在八點
每次鬧鐘響的時候
我會起來按掉它
然後就覺得頭好暈繼續睡
直到十點多或十一點的時候才會自動爬起來
因為最近我在準備國考
希望能早點起床唸書
不想把時間都花在睡覺上
我是不是該去看醫生拿安眠藥回家吃?
還是有不用靠安眠藥的方法?
