我最近在煮芋頭跟花生湯
找秘方時 找到了一個共通點
就是要快速煮爛或煮軟食材
馬鈴薯 芋頭 花生 蘿蔔 ...之類
切成小體積直接丟冷凍庫
冷凍之後 退冰之後在烹煮就可以了
真的省很多工夫也很有用
尤其現在什麼都漲 能省就省囉
下次來試試紅豆跟綠豆 呵
