【工作職缺】
Administrator
(半年派遣人員 12/04-06/03)

【工作內容】
此職務需中英文流利，處理台灣與新加坡之行政相關事務，詳細請參考以下:
Upload of docs to EDMS (electric document management system)
Metadata update in EDMS
Remediation of heritage documentation
"merge" pdfs and assign e-bookmarks for the O&Ms
Moving files to agreed correct location
linking docs or create reference links together (relate native and pdf
rendition together, either by relations or metadata tagging
cleaning-up duplicates, merging various revisions of the same doc under the
same Object reference retrieve documentation using platform to track document status/ follow up/ and
facilitate reviews
Facilitate CAD updates from markups/ redlines and coordinate stitching with
internal teams
