是跟炸蛋蔥油餅有異曲同工的作法

本身就很喜歡麵食類,也很愛吃蛋料理,結合兩者的蛋餅自然而然變成最愛了
只要聽到哪裡有好吃的蛋餅,或是經過看到在賣蛋餅,一定會掏錢購買
這次到彰化旅行,行前做功課時就率先找好吃蛋餅
輸入關鍵字馬上看到眾多媒體推薦的康記黃金蛋餅,下午茶時間騎車前往
攤車醒目,後方還有小學課桌椅可以坐(大多數客人外帶)
不只是食尚玩家,旅行應援團、嚐鮮Let's Go都報導過
不想等待可以先電話訂購(買十送一,而且十份以上可外送)
原味30元,選擇口味另加10元
本來想要吃最基本的原味,但是看到加了肯定無敵的法式起司口味後馬上更換
(其它口味:墨西哥培根、德國火腿、台式泡菜、日式肉鬆)
考量到食安問題所以使用自炸豬油,油很清澈
將麵團桿成餅皮狀後放入油鍋油炸,迅速膨起的餅皮換上金黃色外衣
接著把蛋放入油鍋單獨炸,同樣膨起的蛋包被夾進餅皮中
讓它們稍稍結合後就撈起瀝油,放進袋中的蛋餅不顯油
形狀如大餃子的黃金蛋餅外皮極度酥脆,顧不得燙口就是為了感受這餅乾口感
內側接觸到蛋和醬料的部分帶點QQ的口感,跟炸蛋蔥油餅有異曲同工
半熟的蛋黃與碰到高溫融化的起司如預期的大加分,濕潤帶鹹度讓整體變豐富
再加上堆疊的餅皮,讓人一口接一口的層次感明顯
因為趁熱就吃光光了,完全無法測試放涼了有沒有油耗味
因為不膩口所以當下午茶或是消夜點心都很適合喔!
