Regarding your inquiry:

We cannot comply with your request to change the information appearing on
your examinee score record. The information presented on the computer
at the test center comes from the information you provided in your online
profile when you registered for your test. Only minor corrections can be
made on the day of the test by the test center administrator
. TOEFL program policy does not allow us to change or delete identifying
information on the examinee file after the test date.

We regret that we cannot be of more assistance to you at this time.
