每次用餐時間經過這家燒臘店,總是看到外帶的人大排長龍,
加上被lbw認為是花蓮最好吃的燒臘飯,
讓人忍不住想一嚐,滿足口腹之慾及好奇心!
店內有叉燒、烤鴨、油雞、焢肉四樣,前三者可以兩兩組合,
除了三寶飯是70元,其餘都是65元。
先來看看主菜
左邊的是叉燒,右邊帶皮的是烤鴨。
叉燒的外表沒有其他燒臘店那麼鮮豔,口味也比較淡,可是卻又帶有其他燒臘店所沒有的
甜味,
口感算是軟硬適中,有嚼勁又不難入口。
烤鴨味道很香,相對於叉燒,口味較淡些,口感則更有嚼勁!
鴨皮部分非常酥脆可口,但卻也是最油的部份,真是叫人又愛又恨!
油雞口感很嫩,口味也不遜於叉燒跟烤鴨,雞皮很軟Q,也是非常好吃!
配菜部分
有三樣,酸菜、炒高麗菜,青豆、玉米、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔,整體口味一般,
似乎有點太簡單了,跟主菜比起來遜色不少!
後記:燒臘部分比起我吃過的其他家,口味比較淡也比較不油膩,好吃程度不輸其他家,
但配菜部分卻是最簡單的,價錢跟份量一般,整體來說還是不錯。
用餐環境跟上菜速度都還ok。
